so just what is the difference ?
Does anybody really care ... after a couple of pints ?
I guess it all depends on the sign outside ...
Bar or Restaurant.
Or is it a row of people actually propping the bar up ?

One thing I do know ...
my days of propping bars up are finally over ...
So these are not my personal recommendations by any sense of the imagination.

Proprietor Ian Brown - aka "Tog".
Located in Garcia Lorca just 20 metres from the main Playa Centro beach.
Bar open every day - all year round 11.00am till late.
Bar serves snacks and Spanish "tapas".
Scottish cuisine available on request.
The bar is also an officially recognized Celtic Supporters Club and offers live football and sporting events via Sky TV, also coverage of televised Celtic fixtures via Setanta.

Guardamar English/Spanish Bar.

The young proprietor's are Mark & Agui.
Mark is Scottish - he's the chef.
Agui is Spanish - she helps out from time to time.

Mark is apparently a very good chef.
Breakfasts & homemade Sunday Luches are served along with all the regular menu items.
Open 10.30 till late.
